What's the Solenoid manifold ?
It is a Aluminium metal plate , with certain holes drilled . It was designed to combine pcs of air valve to work together to save space ,connectors , air hose . And easy to be installed on the machine .
Why we chose the Manifold for the Solenoid air valve ?
1. It is available to integrate the direction control valves of the same series to form valve group to save space and cost;
2. It is easy to examine when there are faults owning to the unified air intake and exhaust and unified wiring;
3. Flexible combination and strong expansion capability can make any combination or expansion of the numbers of direction control valves
that are connected.
4.SMC standard .
What's is the blank plate assembly ?
It is a blank metal palte with a rubber plate seal .
There must in some situation that we only need to combine four pcs Air Valve , but we only keep a five station manifold in our hand . So we must block the rest one station . That's the blank plate usage .
